Scott Leckie (born 1962) is an international human rights and global housing advocate in the field of economic, social and cultural rights. From 1989 to 1999 he acted as Legal Counsel and United Nations Representative for Habitat International Coalition. Scott Leckie was born in Los Angeles, USA and holds citizenship in the Netherlands.
